Gasconade County R-1 School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team at Hermann Elementary School!

Serving approximately 250 students in grades PreK–3rd, our school takes pride in a strong tradition of academic excellence and a supportive, close-knit community. We are looking for an educator who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of students every day.

The ideal candidate will:
• Implement engaging, higher-order learning strategies
• Integrate technology into classroom instruction
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and the community
• Have knowledge of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and Missouri Learning Standards

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Certification in grades 1–6 and/or B–3 require
