Gasconade County R-1 School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Parents As Teachers (PAT) Educator. This position supports families from prenatal through kindergarten entry, helping ensure children are healthy, safe, and ready to succeed in school.

We are looking for a candidate who:
• Builds strong, trusting relationships with families
• Provides engaging, research-based parent education
• Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills
• Supports early childhood development and school readiness
• Collaborates effectively with community resources and district staff
• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field is preferred/required in alignment with Missouri PAT guidelines. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain Missouri PAT Educator Certification.
